25ml Tawny Orange Gin
12.5ml sugar syrup
100ml chilled soda water
100ml Prosecco
Large orange twist (to garnish)
Step 1
Add the Tawny Orange Gin and sugar syrup to an ice-filled glass
Step 2
Add the Prosecco and soda water
Step 3
Lift from the bottom with a bar spoon to mix whilst maintaining fizz
Step 4
Garnish with a large orange twist
