The shop is only one part of WhataHoot. Book ahead and you can tour the working distillery, taste the range, learn to mix cocktails or create a gin recipe of your own.

The Distillery Shop is open Tuesday to Saturday. Hours change seasonally, so please check before travelling or call the team on 01553 401870.
Parking and access
WhataHoot does not have its own car park, but several council car parks are a short walk away near King's Lynn Quay, the Tuesday Market Place and the Saturday Market Place.

Do I need to book to visit the shop?
No. You can visit the Distillery Shop during its normal opening hours without booking. Experiences, tours and masterclasses should be booked separately.
Can I taste the spirits before choosing?
Ask the team when you arrive. Where possible, we will help you explore the flavours and find a spirit that suits how you like to drink.
Can I collect an online order from the distillery?
Yes. Choose local pickup when it is offered at checkout, then wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
Do you sell gift vouchers in the shop?
Yes. The team can help you choose between product gift vouchers and WhataHoot experience gifts, including Gin School, cocktail masterclasses and distillery experiences.
Where can I park?
There is no customer car park at the distillery, but several King's Lynn council car parks are within a short walk. The Tuesday Market Place and Saturday Market Place are useful nearby options.
