How it's made
The Distillery
Every WhataHoot spirit is hand distilled on King Street, in a working 16th century warehouse, not a factory.
Norfolk water & botanicals
Distilled in the heart of Norfolk
Every bottle of WhataHoot starts with distilled Norfolk water and a carefully chosen blend of botanicals — over 30 of them are available to play with in the Gin School. Our Signature Dry Gin uses Norfolk samphire and lavender; other recipes lean into orange, raspberry, pink peppercorn or sloe. Each spirit is distilled, tasted and bottled on site, by the same family team who founded WhataHoot.
- Distilled with Norfolk water, on site at King Street
- Over 30 botanicals used across the WhataHoot range
- Hand finished and bottled by the WhataHoot team
- Watch it happen on a Distillery Tour & Tasting
