The experience

What to expect

Spend an afternoon at our King's Lynn distillery designing and distilling your own gin, on your own still, from more than 30 botanicals. You'll take home a 70cl bottle of the gin you made.

Our Gin School is purpose-built: every workstation has its own still. You'll learn how gin is distilled and how each botanical shapes the flavour, then experiment until your recipe is right and distil it yourself.

Yes. For Wise Old Owl, one still can be booked for one person or two people sharing. Both options use one still from the session capacity.
